Hello Art Lovers!
Here at The Gite Gallery we consider ourselves to be winners and what better way to show that than by standing strong with another winner…gymnast Simone Biles!
At 19, Biles is a three-time all-around world gymnastics winner, the first woman to win the title three times in a row. She has earned 14 medals in the world championships, 10 of which are gold. And now she is headed to the summer games in Rio. She was just named to the five-member women’s Olympic team along with 2012 Olympic gold medalist Gabrielle Douglas, another African-American.
